What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT—better known as "tapping"—is a mix of talking things out and acupressure.
It’s a simple technique where you gently tap on specific points on your body while thinking about an issue or emotion that's bothering you.
The idea is that when we experience stress, anxiety, or even physical pain, it’s often connected to disruptions in our body’s energy system. Tapping helps smooth out those energy glitches, so to speak, helping you feel calmer and more balanced.
